1. Overview

These terms govern the use of services provided by Pay Once Sites ("we", "us", "our") at payoncesites.com. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Pay Once Sites designs and builds professional one-page websites for UK tradespeople and small businesses. The service includes the items specified at the time of agreement, including copywriting, basic SEO setup, mobile-friendly design and hosting.

3. Payment

The standard website build fee is £399 (one-time payment). No payment is due until you have reviewed the website and given your approval. Payment is required before the website is published live. Payment confirms your approval and acceptance of the website as delivered.

4. Revisions

Prior to approval and payment, we will make reasonable amendments to the website based on your feedback. Reasonable amendments include copy changes, colour adjustments, content edits and layout refinements within the scope of the original brief. Significant changes to the scope or structure of the project may be subject to additional charges.

5. After Launch

Once the website is live and paid for, future changes are charged separately. Minor ongoing updates are available at £30 per month for up to 3 minor changes. Larger changes are quoted separately and may cost £50 to £100 or more depending on complexity.

6. Domain Renewal

Domain registration and annual renewal is the responsibility of the client. Domain renewal typically costs £10 to £20 per year depending on the registrar and domain extension.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the website design and content passes to you, the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our own portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business in a timely manner, ensuring that any images, logos or content you supply are legally owned by you or licensed for use, renewing your domain name annually, and complying with all applicable laws regarding your business website.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, search engine rankings or levels of enquiries as a result of your website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
